Occupational TherapY SUPPORTS PEOPLE IN DOING THE THINGS THAT MATTER MOST.

Whether it's caring for yourself, your baby, or your household, OT helps you regain balance in everyday life. As therapists, we look at the whole person -- body, mind, and environment -- to create practical strategies for meaningful living.

Areas we can help

Pediatric Occupations

Supporting infants and toddlers in their earliest milestones.

Through playful, gentle, and developmentally appropriate activities, OT helps children build motor skills, explore their senses, and connect with the world around them. This early support lays the foundation for lifelong learning and well-being.

Areas of occupation include, but are not limited to:

  • Feeding, dressing, and daily routines
  • Exploration and play
  • Gross and fine motor skills
  • Sensory processing and regulation
  • Building social connections
  • Early cognitive skills

Perinatal Occupations

Supporting mothers through pregnancy and postpartum transitions.

The perinatal season brings many changes--both during pregnancy and after birth. At Cup of OT, we focus on helping women prepare for postpartum recovery and adjust to their new routines with confidence. Occupational therapy supports each mother's unique needs, whether it's creating balance in daily self-care, easing the physical and emotional demands of early motherhood, or finding time for rest and connection.

Areas of occupation include, but are not limited to:

  • Rest, sleep, and energy management
  • Nutrition and personal care
  • Preparing for postpartum recovery during pregnancy
  • Feeding routines (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, and infant care
  • Emotional well-being and nervous system support
  • Household and family routines
  • Social connection and community
  • Time for leisure, rest, and creativity
